Raj and rabita are really nice and helpful. loved the little coffee/tea setup in the room and the breakfast was delish. only a 5 min walk to boscombe beach which is great, and the whole place is modern and fresh. my family had a blast, totally plan to come back again.

Had a fab stay! Just 5 mins to the beach and super close to shops and bars. The room was well-equipped with all the basics like a fan and TV. Met some really friendly staff too! Only issue was the tiny shower, which was a bit of a squeeze. The bar area looked nice for a drink.

Plus, the location made it so easy to stroll over to the beautiful beach, just a hop, skip, and jump away!

Some cleanliness issues popped up, like remnants of mud on the shower walls and greasy spots that were clearly overlooked. the bathroom could get chilly as heating might not be consistent, which could put a damper on your showers. the decor felt a bit dated, with clashing green walls and red carpets that may not suit everyone's taste.
